Ground Floor: King primary suite with full bathroom.
Second Floor: 1 room with 2 queen beds and another with 1 king bed.
Third Floor: 1 room with a twin bunk bed and a twin trundle, 1 room with a king bed, and 1 room with a king bed.

Important Details to Know:
☼ Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign within 24 hours of booking and provide a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license. The ID must match the person booking.
☼ Age Requirement: Must be 25+ to book.
☼ Pet-Friendly – We welcome dogs with a $250 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, per stay. Each additional pet will be charged $100

- Service Animals are always welcome in accordance with Airbnb and ADA policy
- Service Animals may not be left alone and must remain under handler control at all times
- Emotional Support Animals are not considered Service Animals under ADA, and the standard pet fee applies
- Any unattended or uncontrolled dog will be considered a house-rule violation and subject to the undisclosed pet fee
- Unlisted dogs are subject to a $250 fee per dog. Pets must be crated when left alone in the property. Please note that Destin doesn't have pet-friendly beaches.
☼ Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell and floodlight camera monitor the front porch 24/7.
☼ The Villages of Crystal Beach does not allow outside Golf Carts, RV's, trailers, or motorcycles inside the gated community.
☼ VRBO Disclosure: The VRBO platform fee is charged after booking confirmation and is non-refundable. We don't handle their platform fee. A 3% credit processing fee applies to cancellations.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
